BRAVE: HOW DID YOU DEVELOP THE TITLE, “GOLDENHEART”? DR: “I know I wanted to do a trilogy of albums, and I knew that they would all be in sync with one another. I wanted to sing “warrior-type”, and I had this idea that it would be almost l…ike a revolution, like a change was gonna to come, and it would be a fight.  “GoldenHeart” felt like it was the most pure and honest, Because I feel like, people who have hearts of gold, and I don’t want it to be cliche, but I feel like when I think of the hearts I don’t think of people of color. I don’t think of what the idea of “beautiful” is to somebody else. I think of these beautiful people, that are see-through, and all I see is their hearts, and that’s what we go by. Now that could be lame or wack to anybody else, but that’s just how I see it, so I wanted to name the first album, “GoldenHeart,” because I felt like we were coming into fight something that was bigger than us, and in order for it to be effective and to cause change it had to be something powerful, and pure at the same time, and “GoldenHeart” just seemed like the perfect  name.
